1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through the General Appropriations Act

(GAA) FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Eight Hundred

Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 21, 840, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the

contract for One (1) Lot Establishment of NBI Intelligence Research Center. Bids

received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for the above Procurement

Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days from

receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5)

years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar
