NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2019 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Pesos (Php198, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the On-Call Vehicle Rental/Transportation for SC 37 Temporary Warehouse (-œProject-). The services shall be rendered at PNOC EC located at Santiago City, Isabela within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for details.
Proposals including conformed Scope of Work may be delivered to the address below or send via fax at (02) 840-1619 or email to mcbadian@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before May 17, 2019 not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
Bidders are also required to submit photocopy of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.

-c Latest Income and Business Tax Returns
-c PhilGEPS Registration Number (Red membership)
-c Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (see attached form)
-c Other appropriate licenses and permits as required by law or as stated in the Terms of Reference
