APEFE (Association for the Promotion of Education and Training Abroad) is a Belgian organization that contributes to the analysis, planning, and development of capacity-building programs and coordinates all forms of knowledge transfer between the French Community of Belgium, Wallonia and developing countries. In Rwanda, APEFE partners with MIFOTRA and PSF in the piloting of the Workplace Learning Policy initiated by the Government of Rwanda. The Workplace Learning support Program collaborates with CESB-RDB, WDA, Companies, TVET schools and Rwanda Polytechnics in the apprenticeship training in the sectors of food processing, fashion, and beauty.

In the implementation of this Program, APEFE wishes to call upon the public who are interested, capable and have experience and professionalism in the supply of materials below:
