Prequalifications are invited for Office Furniture for EBRD Resident Offices.
Stage 1 - Pre-Qualification (Minimum Requirements Checklist)
PUR1803/03 Office Furniture for EBRD Resident Offices
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intends to pre-qualify suppliers for the supply and installation of Office Furniture to all of EBRD-s resident offices located across the world. The main service will include; office furniture solutions, moves management, shipping, installation and off-site storage.
The Minimum Requirements check list is the first stage of a two stage process. Suppliers interested in this requirement must fill in Section 6 of the attached document and submit this together with any supporting information via email to Siobhan Hay, email: hays@ebrd.com, by 13.00hrs GMT on 17th August 2018.

Please read and follow carefully all of the instructions provided in the document attached.
NOTE: Only contractors that answer “YES” to all questions relating to the minimum requirements will be prequalified and will receive the Request for Proposals Document (RFP) on the 31st August 2018.
The description of the RFP Process and the details of the service to be provided, including the timescale and the scope of works, will be included in the RFP document that will be sent to pre-qualified Suppliers.
