Tender Details

The contracting authority - Vaslui Emergency County Hospital intends to purchase furniture for equipping the medical compartments.

The medical furniture was not divided into lots because a unitary treatment of the purchase is desired and it contains 40 types of furniture.

In confin accordance with article 56 para. (1) from Law 98/2016, the contracting authority reserves the right to participate in the award procedure, only to protected units authorized according to Law no. 448/2006 regarding the protection and promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities, republished, with the amendments andthe subsequent additions, and social insertion enterprises provided for by Law no. 219/2015 on the social economy.

The maximum value estimated by the contracting authority for this framework agreement is 933912.00 lei for a period of 24 months.
