FVA is a Christian Faith Based and Non-governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to providing orphans, women, and minors a safe haven, training, schooling, and opportunities since 2003. Our mission is to facilitate processes that break the cycle of poverty, reduce HIV infections, combat domestic violence and help communities build programs to distribute resources to Rwandese. This will enable them to create a prosperous society of peace, reconciliation, care, and well being for all persons.FVA takes a multi-tier approach to poverty alleviation by working in a systematic way to maximize our impact, cut operation costs, put into place procedures and protocol as we grow and expand to meet the needs of those we are assisting.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE CONSULTANCY TENDER

Faith Victory Association invites national eligible Consultancy firms to offer Consultancy services to develop an advocacy resource book building on the existing resources and documenting trainings, boot camp and workshops conducted in Amplify Change Project. The project’s overall objective is to influence policy and practice towards the reduction of SGBV and fulfillment of SRHR in Rwanda. It is funded by amplify change through actionaid as grant holder. FVA is an implementing partner of this project. The project is implemented in Musanze district in the Northern Province, Karongi district in the Western province and Gisagara in the southern province. The project has two key components: (1) strengthening the capacity of women’s organizations to enhance their knowledge, skills, and confidence to address their SRHR and SGBV and (2) supporting a networked movement and campaign on SGBV and SRHR. The competition is open to all local eligible Consultancy firms.

BOX 2800, Kigali, Tel: 0786854533, on working days between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The price for the tender document is 10, 000 Frw deposited on Bank A/C opened in GT Bank in the names of Faith Victory Association on Account No: 21201067770015101001 and the bank slip must be presented to FVA office before collecting the tender document.

Well typed and properly bound Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and should reach Faith FVA Head office at Rusororo not later than 22nd October 2018 at 4:00 pm. The envelopes should be addressed as follows:
