Description:-Object Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Goods, Which Delivery Is Made By Purchase, Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Order Is Mixed And Includes Two Groups Of Activities: 1) The Supply Of New Modular Trains According To The Technical Specifications Of Bdz-Passenger Transport Eood, And 2)Complete Maintenance Of The Delivered
New Modular Trains For A Period Of 15 Years, Including Capital / Repair / S, But Not More Than 2 800 000 Km Of Train Running. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Sets Out Specific Requirements For The Participants' Capabilities And Performance Of The Activities, Cf.Both With The Delivery And With The Maintenance Of The Supplied Railway Stock. New Modular Trains Should Be Delivered Within The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Public Procurement Agreement.
