Description : The Office of Administration ("Commonwealth") is seeking to procure an Offeror to administer secure web-based examinations to applicants seeking employment or promotion with departments, boards, commissions, agencies and political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for which the Commonwealth is responsible for providing examinations ("Project"). The Project shall include, but not be limited to, any integration services, facilities, proctors, training, scheduling, assisting with examination development, litigation support, transmission of examination answers and if applicable, scores and results. The Offeror shall provide all necessary personnel, materials (except examinations as set forth in this RFP), supplies, hardware, software, examination facilities, training, data processing services, reporting and security. **JAGGAER** PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH JAGGAER.
