Description : Bid documents available for download from Town-s website http://www.purcellvilleva.com/bids.aspxTo develop a nutrient mitigation bank on land owned by the Town, located at 16153 Short Hill Road in Loudoun County, Virginia (“Property”), and to develop additional environmental credits on the Property as possible (eg; wetland restoration, wetland preservation, stream restoration, carbon sequestration, and other similar environmental market credits), so as to maximize the revenues obtained from the property (collectively, all environmental mitigation measures on the Property will be referred to as the “Mitigation Bank”). Proposals shall include an analysis of opportunities and constraints, and an implementation plan.Offeror to design, finance, construct, and operate the Mitigation Bank in accordance with the Town-s objectives. All costs associated with the design, financing, construction, and operation of the Mitigation Bank (and associated improvements) will be borne solely by the Proposer selected to serve as the Town-s development partner for the Mitigation Bank.
