This change is only moving the administration including closing of the rfq and is not a net new opportunity.

on behalf of natural resources sector transformation secretariat (nrts) of the ministry of forests, lands and natural resource operations, and the ministry of justice, the purpose of this request for qualifications is to qualify respondents with the experience to perform services in the following service categories:



1) business transformation services;

2) organizational change management services;

3) technical architecture services;

4) system requirements, specification, design, development and implementation services;

5) application maintenance and operations services;

6) testing services;

7) program management and project management services;

8) quality assurance services; and

9) security consulting services.



the prequalified lists resulting from this rfq will be used primarily by the ministry of forests, lands and natural resource operations and by the ministry of justice but may also be made accessible to the other ministries listed in the sectors to purchase services in the service categories set out above.



respondents should note the following:

1. Respondents may respond to one, or more than one, of the services categories listed above in their response.

2. Based on the review of the rfq responses the province intends to establish a list of eligible respondents for each service category.
