The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through its Bids and Awards Committee will undertake Negotiated Procurement through Highly Technical Consultants for the "Procurement of Training Services", in accordance with section 53.7 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.
