Synopsis: The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with MicroPact Global, Inc., 3400 Players Club Pkwy, Ste 100, Memphis, TN, 38125 for the renewal of maintenance of Case Tracking, Consultative Examination, Mer, Closure Forms Processing, Electronic Worksheet, QA, Electronic Folder Interface, IOF, Custom Programming and Enhancements, Work Que and Medical Consultant software manufactured by MicroPact Global, Inc. The authority for this acquisition is FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". The acquisition will be a sole source as described at FAR 13.106. MicroPact Global, Inc. is the only source known to the Government that sells the MicroPact Global software products and maintenance. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price purchase order for a one-year base period. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All questions and submissions in response to this notice must be submitted in writing by 12:00 pm, EST October 22, 2019 to Rick.Bolt@ssa.gov.
