In accordance with far 13.5, the department of veterans affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order with metro west ambulance services, inc. The procurement is for wheelchair and reclining wheelchair transportation services. The period of performance will be 5/1/19 10/31-19 and will allow adequate time to solicit and compete a new five year agreement for these services.
