Water Quality Sampling for Langley Memorial Hospital (LMH), Eagle Ridge Hospital (ERH), and Queen's Park Care Center (QPCC)

Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to extend the contract with AECOM Canada Ltd. for Water Quality Sampling (WQS) services for the Lead in Drinking Water Investigation (LDWI) of FH.

The maximum value of this contract extension will be $19, 640.00 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a Request for Proposal (RFP) process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:

- AECOM Canada Ltd. has performed similar WQS services on several FH acute and Long Term Care (LTC) facilities.

- Since September 2020, AECOM Canada Ltd. has been undertaking WQS services for FH and is the Consultant of FH for its LDWI due diligences for all its acute care facilities and selected LTC facilities. This project is still ongoing. The preliminary findings indicate the need for further water sampling in order to properly assess all areas of identified potential concerns associated with the site, and to assess and implement potential solutions.

- AECOM Canada Ltd. has established working relationships with FH LDWI project team and stakeholders.
