Notice of Intent (NOI) To All Ministry of Education Master Planning and Lead Design Consultants and Quantity Surveyors - Extended GETS Notice
As the previous Notice of Intent on GETS has expired, please see an extended timeline of the previous version here. Please note that Collective Briefing and 1-2-1 Feedback sessions referred to in the attached are not able to be registered for, as the time for registrations has closed.
The Ministry is looking to establish strategic supplier arrangements for Master Planning & Lead Design Consultants and Quantity Surveyors for its Ministry-lead Capital Works projects. Please note that Christchurch Schools Rebuild Programme projects remain out of scope. The aim of these arrangements is to reduce the burden of tendering for Ministry opportunities and support stronger relationships and provide more certainty and continuity as to the pipeline of work for key suppliers. Please note that once these arrangements are established, the Ministry will only offer opportunities to identified suppliers for its Ministry-lead Capital Works projects.
Further details are contained within the attachments section of the NOI, including the slides from recent Collective Briefing sessions which have now concluded.
