Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of the Social Code Book V for medicinal products for the following active ingredients:
1. Active ingredient etanercept,
2. Active ingredient adalimumab.
All interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8 of Book V of the Social Code, subject to uniform conditions and a uniform access procedure. There is no exclusivity. The purchase quantity is unknown when the agreement is concluded and depends in particular on the demand from the insured, the development of the number of insured, the prescription behavior of contract doctors and the dispensing and stocking behavior of public pharmacies. The client does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantities.
