Description: The contracting authority plans to declare a contract for which the study will be prepared, project documentation for the construction of a new swimming pool in the summer swimming pool area and the completion of the summer swimming pool area with additional functions for recreational and sports complex.
The purpose of the preparatory market consultations is to find out and determine the requirements for the subject of the contract, including the description of the subject of the contract, as well as the determination of the estimated value of the contract for relevant economic operators.
The services provided by the Contractor shall include the preparation of the study, project documentation for zoning decision, project documentation for building permit and project documentation of the implementation project, cooperation in the process of public procurement for the selection of the contractor, professional author supervision. The project documentation for the building permit and the project documentation of the implementation project will also be the basis for the request for financial support for the implementation of the construction.
