Dear Madam / Dear Sir, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer to us for a mission of: National consultation - Realization of a study on the inventory (mapping), as described in detail in the terms of reference. You will find attached the following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of reference; Annex 2- Confirmation of Interest and Financial Offer; Annex 2a - P11 Personal Notice; Annex 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions; Annex 4 - Evaluation criteria. Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest as well as the financial offer ; CV or Personal Record; A brief description of why the person consconsiders it the most suitable to lead the mission, as well as a proposal for a work plan andmethodology on how it will approach and complete the task; At least three (3) professional references; Copy of the diplomas. your proposal, please use the appendices attached to this publication. Any request for clarificationication must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than March 30, 2020. Female applications are highly recommended.
