Tenders are invited for National Consultant (E) for the Development of a Gender Mainstreaming Guide in the Mission of the National and Provincial Parliament.
Context

Function
Under the overall guidance of the UN Women representative, the Consultant will produce a practical guide to gender mainstreaming in the mission of the national and provincial parliament. He / she will work under the umbrella of the Political Participation and Women Leadership Program Officer and the Assistant Programs / Operations Representative. · Justify of proven experience and knowledge in gender-sensitive planning.

· Previous experience with the United Nations in the field of gender
· A good knowledge of the socio-political context of the DRC is essential
