Dear Madam / Dear Sir, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer to us as a "National consultant in charge of the document review and the stakeholder consultation process for the preparation of the CBIT Haiti project for submission to the GEF "as part of an agreement with the Ministre de l'Environnement, in collaboration with the UNDP Haiti, is working on the development of a project proposal for the Capacity Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT) which will be submitted to the GEF. You will find attached the documents following: Annex 1 - Terms of reference; Annex 2- Interest Confirmation and Financial Offer; Annex 3 - PrestaIndividual and CGA Annex 4 - Evaluation criteria. Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest, including the detailed financial proposal; The detailed CV; The technical proposal: a brief description of the reason why the person considers himself most suited to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan ande methodology on how it will approach and complete the task; At least three (3) professional references; Copy of thediplomas. When preparing your proposal, please use the appendices attached to this publication. Any request for clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than January 20st 2020. Female applications are highly recommended.
