Dear Madam / Dear Sir, We kindly ask you to submit your technical and financial offer to us for a mission of: National consultant - Assistance in the process of ratifying the Kigali amendment, as described in detail in the terms You will find attached the following documents: Annex 1 - Terms of referencece; Annex 2- Confirmation of Interest and Financial Offer; Annex2a - P11 Personal Notice; Annex 3 - Individual Provider and General Conditions; Annex 4 - Evaluation criteria. Your proposal must include: The signed confirmation of interest as well as the financial offer; CV or Personal Record; A brief description of why the personconsiders itself the most suitable to lead the mission, as well as a proposed work plan and methodologyon how it will approach and complete the task; At least three (3) professional references; Copy of the diplomas. When preparing your proposal, please use the appendices attached to this publication.The clarification must be sent by email to procurement.ht@undp.org no later than May 26, 2020. Female applications are highly recommended. Offers must be MANDATORY submitted by electronic email to soumissions.haiti@undp.org until June 1, 2020, clearly indicating the reference of the consultation.
