Tender Details

Tenders are invited for National ? card systems enhanced to support EMV and NFC technology and integration of e-Money schemes into Banking Payment System.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
• Net worth for the last three (3) years calculated as the difference between total assets
and total liabilities should be positive;
• Minimum average annual turnover of US$1, 100, 000 calculated as total payments
received by the Bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three
(3) years.
• The Bidder must demonstrate that its financial resources of availability of or access to
liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet cash flow
requirement which is US$500, 000.
• The Bidder shall have contractual experience of successful completion record as main
supplier, of at least two (2) contracts within the last three (3) years each valued at least
US$600, 000 for supply of payment plastic cards.
