The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Innovative Drone Solutions Pty Ltd. The requirement is for the purchase of the following:ITEM 0001:12-00005 NAVI RX (Airborne Platform UAV) Manufacturer: Innovative Drone Solutions Pty Ltd.QTY: 1ITEM 0002:UID LABEL Manufacturer: Innovative Drone Solutions Pty Ltd.QTY: 1ITEM 0003:SHIPPINGManufacturer: Innovative Drone Solutions Pty Ltd.QTY: 1ITEM 0004:TRAININGManufacturer: Innovative Drone Solutions Pty Ltd.QTY: 1The government has a requirement for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) that can perform real-time antenna radiation pattern measurements to be transmitted to a ground control station. The Government has determined that no other vendor besides Innovative Drone Solutions produces the exact UAV that meet all of the Government s minimum requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
