Project Code Tender_10685 Project Title Mystery Shopper Services Opportunity Details Detailed Description the Objective of This Procurement is to Procure the Services of Undercover Mystery Shoppers Who Appear to be Under 19 Years of Age (But Are Actually Between 19 and 25 Years of Age) to Enter Establishments Regulated by the Agco And/Or Attempt to Purchase Products from Regulated Entities (Regulated Entities) Across Ontario to Determine Whether Potentially Underage Customers Are Allowed Access or Service Without First Checking for Identification to Ascertain the Persons Age. Mystery Shoppers Could be used for All Lines of Business that Are or will be Regulated by the Agco. This Includes But is Not Limited to Observing Whether there is Illegal Sale of Liquor at Authorized Retail Stores; Illegal Sale or Service of Liquor at Licensed Establishments; Entrance to Gaming Establishments by Persons Who Appear to be Underage; Entrance to Cannabis Retail Stores and Sale of Cannabis to Persons Who Appear to be Underage. Information Collected Through the Mystery Shopper Program will be used by the Agco to Enable a Risk-Based Allocation of Future Inspection and Educational Outreach Activities. It May Also be used in Regulatory Action Against the Regulated Entities. on a Monthly Basis, the Agco will Provide the Vendor with a List of Retailers or Entities to which They will Send Mystery Shoppers Timelines for Completion of Each Mystery Shop Visit will be Determined by the Parties Based on Availability of Mystery Shoppers and the Location of the Retail Stores or Gaming Sites They Are to Attend. Information Gathered by the Mystery Shoppers is to be Provided to the Agco by the Vendor Within 48 Hours of the Completed Mystery Shop Visit Via the Iagco Portal. the Vendor Must Make Mystery Shoppers Available to Attend Any Regulated Establishment in Ontario.
