the project concerns the construction of a new multipurpose center for elderly people with 60 places divided into 3 units (2 sectors with 24 rooms and 1 alzheimer sector with 12 rooms). The building resembles a compact, rhythmic volume with a regular structure. The supporting structure is in exposed reinforced concrete with exterior wood / aluminum joinery in thes bedrooms, and aluminum in other rooms. Sliding panels, made of wooden slats, guarantee shade and set the rhythm of the facades corresponding to the bedrooms. Useful surface area of the building: approx. 4, 280m2.
