Tenders are invited for Multifunctional

Short description : The framework agreement shall cover the financial leasing of multifunctional machines (MFPs), including service agreements thereon. Provider shall be responsible for the delivery of the machines, the connection of all machines at the user points designated by the client, training of users as well as service and maintenance after procurement.right is mounted and in operation. In total, the municipality of Sola needs around 145 machines, which are distributed in the various municipalities of Sola municipality. It is estimated that a total volume of A4 is approximately 9 million pages of print / print annually, of which color accounts for around 35% of this. The framework agreement will have a duration of 5 years. expectedstart of the agreement is mid-November / December 2019, this is agreed upon more by contract signing.
