synopsis:



lloydminster public school division (lpsd) is seeking proposals for the supply of multi-functional print devices (mfp) for a base term of four (4) years beginning in march 2019 and expiring on july 31, 2023. lpsd will be reviewing proposals for the lease of this hardware. the contract will also include equipment service and consumable supplies. the current leases on mfp expires on march 31, 2019 and may 31, 2019. the goal of lpsd is to provide a seamless switch to the new hardware and services.



lpsd may also entertain the offer of managed printer services (mps) for all division-owned printers. the lpsd vision for mps is to maintain ownership of current and future printers

lpsd is accepting proposals from qualified proponents having experience in the areas identified in this rfp. it is expected that the proponent provide a comprehensive solution that meets or exceeds the request. proponents shall be ready to demonstrate their abilities and assume all responsibility for the requirements in this rfp. lpsd expects a single proponent to assume full responsibility for the design, installation and maintenance of the proposed systems.
