Description : Ottery St Mary Town Council is issuing this invitation to tender document in order to procure two multi-use games areas (MUGA) in Strawberry Lane in Ottery St Mary. The Council would be expecting the successful contractor to prepare the ground. To the Council's knowledge, there are no special works required before the existing surface can be excavated for installation.The Town Council would like to deliver two tennis / netball courts to be laid out adjacently side by side of a size of tennis (23.77m x 10.97m) or netball (30.5m x 15.25m) courts.
