2.2 Object and Extent of the Market: With the Smart Metering Rollout project, EWL Kabelnetz AG (EWL) plans to replace most electricity counters in the EWL supply area with intelligent electricity meters, called intelligent meters, by the end of 2026.The content of this call for offers is Lot 3. Lot 3 includes all the installation work in the field of electricity. This includes the replacement of the electric meter by a smart meter, the intelligent meter communication wiring with the commissioning of the necessary communication components (including the gateway) and the wiring of the gas and water meters to an intelligent counter .
