WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AWARD LINE 11 AND 12 TO MORE THAN ONE BIDDER TO OBTAIN BETTER PRICING

Please note that semi-annual price changes due to Manufacturer price notifications are permitted during the term of the contract to be awarded from this solicitation. Unit prices shall be firm for 6 month intervals during the term of the contract and may only be updated following receipt of a Manufacturer`s official price change notification. The Manufacturer`s official price change notification must be received by Strategic Procurement one month prior to any proposed change in unit price. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to negotiate the change in price with the successful proponent, which change of price shall not exceed the Manufacturer`s price change.
