Expression of Interest are invited for Monitoring and Controlling the Work of Terrestrial Infrastructures.

1. The Government of the Republic of Cape Verde has requested financing from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost of the project and intends to use part of the amounts granted under this loan. to finance the consulting services for " The Surveillance and Control of Works of the terrestrial infrastructures of the Port of Palmera in the Island of Sal, Cape Verde".

2. The services provided under this contract include the coordination, monitoring and control of the works and supplies in the execution of the project. The estimated duration of services is approximately 18 months.

3. The Ministry of Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Housing through the Directorate General of Infrastructures, invites eligible Consultants to express their interest in providing the services described above.The interested firms must provide information on their capacity and experience in similar missions, references concerning the execution of similar missions (descriptive sheets of references indicating the years of realization, the places, the clients, the costs, the services actually performed, individually or in association, etc.) experience in West Africa, availability of key personnel (list, qualification, experience), logistical and material resources, IT resources (specialized software), etc. Consultants can partner to increase their chances of qualification.

4. The eligibility criteria, the shortlist and the selection procedure will be in accordance with the "Acquisition Policy and Methodology for Bank Group-financed Operations" dated October 2015, which are available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org.
