Tenders are invited for Monitoring and Control of the Construction Work of the Town Hall - of Penja and Rehabilitation of the Existing Town Hall in the Borough of Njombe-Penja, Department of Moungo, Littoral Region

The Co-contractor must:
Monitor and control the execution of the construction works of the Town Hall of Penja and the Rehabilitation of the existing Town Hall in the Arrondissement of NjombePenja, Department of Moungo, Littoral Region.
Propose for the signature of the Head of Market Service the Service Orders necessary for the proper execution of the work;
Ensure quality assurance and the application of environmental protection measures;
Ensure the establishment of proofing plans.

The Tender File can be obtained from the General Secretariat of the Municipality of PENJA, upon publication of this notice, against a receipt for payment of a non-refundable sum of Forty thousand (40, 000) CFA francs, payable to the Municipal recipe of the Municipality of PENJA whose order of receipt is established and signed by the Secretary General of the Municipality of PENJA.

Each tenderer must obligatorily attach to its administrative documents, a tender bond established by a first-rate bank or by an insurance company approved by the Ministry responsible for finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, of a amount of 414, 600 (Four hundred and fourteen thousand six hundred) CFA francs.
