Dear Sirs, TOV NOVUS UKRAINE invites you to take part in price monitoring to identify contractors for the implementation of NPS and CSAT analytical reports on Power BI in 2025. Development of two interactive analytical reports in Power BI to track service indicators NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) taking into account detailed data, integration with Excel tables and placement in the developer environment Briefly about the task: General descriptionThe goal is to create two independent, but consistent with each other Power BI reports: NPS report - focus on the dynamics of loyalty scores, by category and dynamics of customer types in different variations CSAT report — focus on the level of customer satisfaction, implementation plans, detailing by points, curators, stores and types of appeals, category breakdown, 25 subcategories. Each report should include: several pages (dashboards); graphs, tables, charts, key KPIs; a module for outputting direct customer comments / quotes. Integration and environment Placement in the contractor's development environment (with subsequent migration to the internal platform). Data source - interactive Excel spreadsheets that are updated. Power BI ↔ Excel integration with automatic data update. The structure should be flexible for scaling (adding new categories / filters). Details in the TK in the attachment.
