Quotation are invited for Minor General Maintenance at the Rehabilitation Department at Swakopmund Hospital Erongo Region |

. Technical Compliance The Specifications and Compliance Sheet details the minimum specifications of the works to be carried out. The specifications have to be met, but no credit will be given for exceeding the specifications. Bidder shall include the information and documents listed hereunder with their bids
(a) total monetary value of construction works performed for each of the last five years; (b) experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years; and clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts;
(c) major items of construction equipment proposed to carry out the contract; (d) qualifications and experience of key personnel and technical personnel proposed for the contract
Prices and Currency of Payment
Prices for the execution of works shall be fixed in Namibian Dollars as quoted. Quotations shall cover all costs of labour, materials, equipment, overheads, profits and all associated costs for performing the works, and shall include all duties. The whole cost of performing the works shall be included in the items stated, and the cost of any incidental works shall be deemed to be included in the prices quoted.
