1. Object
As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget Exercise 2018, the Mayor of the Municipality of Tibati, Project Manager initiates in procedure an Open National Invitation to Tender for the project of realization of a mini-food in solar powered drinking water with castle with a capacity of 10m3 in the village of MINIM, Municipality of Tibati, Department of Djérem.
2. Consistency of the services
The works include:
Preparatory work;
Drilling work;
Equipment, development and pumping;
Solar generator;
Solar generator protection and drilling;
Construction of a 10 m3 castle made of reinforced concrete;
Masonry and elevation;
Plumbing;
Metal carpentry and miscellaneous;
Works of: repression, storage, distribution and construction of standpipes.
3. Estimated cost
The estimated cost of the operation after the preliminary studies is twenty five million (25, 000, 000) FCFA.
4. Delivery time
The maximum period provided by the Client for the execution of the works subject of this call for tenders is four (04) months
5. Participation and origin
Participation in this invitation to tender is open on equal terms to all Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under Cameroon law.
6. Financing
The works that are the subject of this call for tenders are financed by the 2016 Public Investment Budget on Budget Line No. 5230393026410242811921

8. Acquisition of the file

9. Submission of bids
Each offer written in French or English in seven (07) copies of which one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must reach the services of the General Secretariat of the City Council of Tibati against receipt, no later than 23/07/2018 at 2 pm and must bear the following words:

10. Provisional bond
Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents a tendering security issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and listed in Exhibit 12 of the DAO, in the amount of 500 000 (five hundred thousand ) and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the offers.
11. Admissibility of tenders
On pain of rejection, the required administrative documents must be produced in original or certified true copies by the issuing service or an administrative authority (Prefect, Sub-Prefect, etc.), in accordance with the stipulations of the Supplementary Regulations of the Tender.

15. Period of validity of the offers
Bidders remain committed to their bids for 90 days from the deadline for submission of bids.
