Abstract: Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's Workforce and Organisational Development division is seeking to procure the delivery of a suite of modules for middle managers in order to support the transformational change needed for the Clinical Futures strategy. The modules have been developed internally by the health board and have been externally quality assured, the modules include:• Leading change This module needs to be delivered to help the Manager to explore, as a leader, why and how people can react to change. In addition explore what a manager can do to enable their team to navigate change effectively.• Communication for change -This module needs to be delivered to help managers develop a greater understanding of how communication works. Factors that promote effective communication should be included that support teams to adapt to and adopt change.• Trust leadership - This module needs to be delivered to aid managers understanding of the concept and value of trust when leading a team during a time of change.
