Repair/Repainting of Access Portal
Furnishing of labor, tools, materials and equipment for the repair/repainting of Access portal structure at Agus 4 HE Plant for the following scope of works
I. SCOPE OF WORKS:
1. Scraping of existing loose and worn-out paint.
2. Surfaces must be throughly cleaned, free from dust, grease and rust grit or mortar
3. Surface with imperfection & irregularities shall be rectified by application of putty then well sanded.
4. Fix loose conection of steel mamber of existing steel gate
5. Provide a primer paint for at least one (1) coats
6. Paint for atleast two (2) coats for final coating with semi-gloss paint
7. Provide a top coat latex / enamel semi-gloss paint fot at least two (2) coats.
8. Paint existing steel structures with black paint enamel semi gloss as retouching paint
9. Include Existing Guard House interior to be painted
10. Clearing and cleanings of construction residues shall be properly disposed off the site dumps.
