Description : OBJECTIVE OF THE SERVICES REQUESTED

Currently, UN Women starts the Program in the state of Coahuila and, specifically for this consultancy, aims to hire an OSC, University, study center or consultancy that develops the three key components of the methodology global that contribute to the result 1 of the program: generate data and build alliances for change:



Preparation of a participatory state diagnosis soThe types and modalities of violence against women proposed by the working group responsible for studying the request for gender violence alert against women in the state of Coahuila, and according to the methodology of the Safe Cities Program.

Preparation of a proposal for a state program to prevent, address, punish and eradicate violence against women mandated by law, which responds to the recommendations of theworking group responsible for studying the request for gender violence alert against women in Coahuila and the needs identified in the diagnosis, and the observations of the CEDAW Committee (2018).

3. Preparation of a baseline study to generate data, indicators and a framework to monitor the progress and impact of interventions
