Prior Information Notice for Methodological and Knowledge Sharing Support for EU External Interventions (MKS contract).

Contract description
The overall objective is to improve the quality, coherence and effectiveness of EU external interventions by providing methodological, learning and knowledge sharing support to European Commission staff in Headquarters and EU Delegations.
It is envisaged that the contract will include three complementary strands of work:
i) knowledge creation by supporting the development/update of methodological guidance/tools;
ii) knowledge transfer through the organisation of learning events (and notably face-to-face training) in Brussels and Partner countries;
iii) knowledge sharing through the support to Units' activities and through the management and further development of Capacity4Dev, the corporate collaborative digital platform managed by the Directorate General for International Cooperation and Development.
