Due to the proprietary nature of this publication, mergermarket, ltd. Is the only known source for this publication, which provides antitrust current awareness and includes tracking of regulatory action and policy shifts and how the changes are adopted and implemented; news on antitrust enforcement, merger reviews and litigation; analysis of global antitrust investigations and merger reviews; daily aggregated and translated news and newsletters from around the world regarding mergers, antitrust enforcement, and other topics related to antitrust issues; statistical analysis on merger review trends and antitrust investigations; summary decisions and rulings by regulators and courts with access to the original source documents; an enforcement database that tracks investigations into anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance and private litigation as well as a merger database that tracks the review process for major merger and acquisition transactions from around the world. The data is used extensively by the antitrust department in order to complete their mission. The solicitation will not be distributed on the general services administration website (www.fbo.gov).
