Quotation are invited for Medical Equipment of the Integrated Health Center (CSI) of Gbatoua Godole in the Commune of Meiganga, Financial Year 2020.

1. Object
As part of the execution of the Public Investment Budget, Fiscal Year 2020. the Mayor of the Municipality of Meiganga, Contracting Authority, launches on behalf of the Municipality of Meiganga, a consultation with a view to requesting a quotation for the equipment in medical material of the Integrated Health Center (CSI) of GBATOUA GODOLE in the Municipality of Meiganga.

2. Estimated cost
The estimated cost including tax is 8, 000, 000 (Eight million) CFA francs.

3. Participation and origin
Participation in this Consultation is open to suppliers located in Cameroonian territory.

4. Financing
The equipment subject of this Consultation is funded by the PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET (BIP), Fiscal year 2020.

5. Acquisition of the file
The Consultation file can be withdrawn at the Municipality of Meiganga, upon publication of this consultation, upon presentation of a receipt certifying the payment of the non- refundable amount of Twenty thousand (20, 000) CFA francs to the Municipal Revenue of Meiganga.


6. Submission of tenders
The offers written in French or English will be delivered in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies, encrypted excluding taxes (HT) and all taxes included (TTC), as well as the complete administrative file of the financial year 2020 and the declaration indicating the intention to tender according to the attached model, in a closed envelope to the Municipality of Meiganga (General Secretariat), no later than March 23, 2020 at 2 p.m. precise and must bear the following mention:

7. Admissibility of tenders
Offers will be presented in French or English in seven (07) copies including one (1) original and six (06) copies. The offers will include the following parts:

a declaration indicating the intention to tender according to the attached model;
a legalized copy of the commercial register:
a certificate of non-exclusion from the company, issued by the Public Market Regulation Agency ;
a copy of the legalized taxpayer card;
a certificate of non-tax royalty
a certificate of non-bankruptcy issued by the Chamber of Commerce or the Registry of the Court of the place of the company`s registered office;
a submission certificate issued by the CNPS;
a tenderer`s bank domiciliation certificate;

8. Opening of bids
