5.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English or Arabic Language written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable & the price of buying tender will be by lump sum as follows:

b- (2.000.000)two million Iraqi Dinar for the tender which charge more
than (1.000.000) Dinar.
