Description : The contracting authority would like to hold a market dialogue for the delivery of a system for mechanical sorting of occupational clothing for Bergen Health Trust

In addition to the actual procurement, we would like to enter into a framework agreement for services/products that are required to operate to mechanical sorting.

This will be a modification to the current system for handling personnel clothes that are dried in a drying tunnel. Both steel hangers and automatic hangers are used in collaboration with 6 hanger stations and an automatic folding machine. The steel hangers go to a line and over to a rack with wheels. The automatic hangers then go to a folding machine that folds and distributes the clothing to a conveyor belt to the packing department. Basically, there are steel hangers that need to be sorted. The garments subject to sorting have tags attached. It is debatable whether some garments shall/should have a barcode instead of a tag.
