REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Department of Education, Division of Agusan del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGeps registered suppliers to apply for the MEALS, SNACKS, VENUE & ACCOMMODATION: FOR THE THREE-DAY DIVISION LIVE-IN SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON CONTENT BASED CONTEXTUALIZATION OF LRS FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL on OCTOBER 24-26, 2018 with the sum of FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS AND .00 CENTAVOS (PHP 486, 000.00) being the approved budget of the contract (ABC). With the specifications / special indications as follows:
a. ACCOMODATION:
iƒ˜ Fully Airconditioned Room to accommodate 135 pax
b. VENUE:
iƒ˜ Large Fully-Airconditioned Function Room to accommodate 135 pax which will serve as the Main Function (Plenary Hall) Room for the conduct of the activity.
c. MEALS / SNACKS:
iƒ˜ Meals and snacks should be given to the 135 pax / each accordingly. (Breakfast, AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks, Dinner) for the duration of the activity
iƒ˜ Free-flowing coffee and creamer, (or Milo) and Water Dispenser set Function Room, should be provided.
d. OTHER LOGISTICS:
iƒ˜ At least 1-2 LCD Projector(s) (and its necessary accessories / wires)
should be available for use for the Function Rooms
iƒ˜ 1 Audible and Clear Sound system set with 1-2 Functional Microphones for each Function Room
iƒ˜ Non-Intermittent and accessible Internet Connection (via WIFI) to be used for Online Evaluation
iƒ˜ 2 pcs of Tarpaulin (1 Large Tarpaulin to be used as Back Drop for the Main Hall 1 small tarpaulin for display outside the Conference / Convention Center)
iƒ˜ Preferably the venue should be WITHIN BUTUAN CITY.
iƒ˜ 1 Ready to use emergency vehicle (to be used anytime in case of emergencies).

The Department of Education, Division of Agusan del Norte through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids/quotations for the above-mentioned project. Bids received that exceed the total ABC shall be rejected at bid opening. Bidder may bid for one or all items. Late bids shall be rejected.
Open competitive bidding will be conducted using the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion, evaluation and post qualification procedures in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184.
