(iii) Tax Clearance of Directors (in case of Limited Liability Companies) or the Proprietor/Partner (in case of Enterprises)

(iv) Registration of Business Premises with Oyo State Ministry of Commerce

( v) Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Education, Science and Technology
