Description : Expressions of interest are invited from companies that can provide full support in planning and developing a comprehensive supporter engagement model and strategy including but not limited to audience segmentation and persona development (for fundraising and advocacy and social media), supporter`s journey mapping and planning, ecosystem and process mapping related to acquisition and retention mechanisms, including agencies, payment mechanism, etc. This must include a fundamental end-to-end (E2E) in house design capacity of services and products focused on and guided by User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX). This model will be used to develop a comprehensive strategy and toolbox focused on the India markets, and replicated and adapted in Thailand and at a Global level. At present, several of our markets are implementing new customer relationships management software, and this assignment is to compliment and add-value to these efforts.

IT software, hardware, apps and product;

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or similar software and platforms.
