Description : The agency''s existing GIS tool contracts are nearing expiry and it is necessary to hold new competitive tendering for the need. Statens vegvesen[the Norwegian Public Roads Administration] wants to hold an open dialogue with the market about the current need and how to solve it, as well as possible set-up of a future procurement and contract. The purpose of the dialogue is primarily information collection in the form of this request for information (RFI). Based on the responses we receive, we will assess to what degree the market survey will also include meetings with the tenderers and/or tender documentation for hearing (ref. point 2.1).
