There are primary goals to leverage technology in support of lead generation, sales process management, contracting, account management and servicing, using information to drive business processes and providing valuable digital services to the IDA-s staff, prospects and customers.

This market sounding exercise is intended to:

• help the IDA to understand the relevant products/solutions in the market,

• provide an understanding of vendor approaches to systems of this nature,

• highlight opportunities for using technology to best effect,

• understand capital and operational costs.
