Description: The IT system services for the federal legal information system should be adapted to the current state of the art and the content of the documented legal information of the federal government (laws, ordinances, administrative regulations, case law, literature) should be transferred to new application software or be created there. The process of redesign is also to be used to integrate the legal information system into the electronic cycle of electronic legislation (e-legislation) and electronic proclamation of legislation (e-declaration). To determine whether the requirements of the specification can be met by a software solution available on the market or whether the new development of a corresponding software is necessary, a market investigation i.
