Description: In 2015 and 2017, VNG Realization (then KING) carried out two European tenders (GT Mobile 1 and GT Mobile 2) for the acquisition of mobile communication services (voice and data). Because the GT Mobiel 1 framework agreement for the first participant expires in May 2022, the GT Mobiel 3 project, which succeeds GT Mobiel 1 and 2, has recently started. In anticipation of the drafting of the descriptive document, the project team needs to exchange views with the market on the content and structure of this tender. This publication is an invitation to market parties to participate in the market survey.
